山药多糖提取及其生物活性的研究进展

摘要: 山药(Dioscorea opposita Thunb.),又称薯蓣,是传统的药食同源作物。山药多糖是山药中的主要活性物质,具有降血糖、调节免疫、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等作用。文章归纳了山药多糖的提取方法,论述了山药多糖的生物活性,并对其研究进行展望,以期为促进山药多糖的生产和应用提供参考。

Abstract: Dioscorea opposita Thunb.,also known as yam,is a traditional medicinal and edible crop. Chinese yam polysaccharides are the main active substances in yam,which have effects such as lowering blood sugar,regulating immunity,antioxidation,and anti-tumor. The article summarizes the extraction methods of Chinese yam polysaccharides,discusses the biological activity of Chinese yam polysaccharides,and its research was prospected. In order to provide reference for promoting the production and application of Chinese yam polysaccharides.
