Evaluation of the Dual Effect of Probiotic Yogurt

Abstract: This study introduced the characteristics, physical function of probiotic yogurt, which led to its popular market. Furthermore, the appropriate recipients and scientific consumption methods were elucidated. On the other hand, this paper addressed the edible effects of probiotic yogurt on varied special populations, and explored the problems of probiotic yogurt during industry production. Therefore it provides deeper insight into the healthy application and development of probiotic yogurt.
