Abstract: Regarding Xinjiang＇s industrial structure adjustment as an item of systems engineering, this article mainly obtains Xinjiang＇s industrial structure adjustment environment, which from China＇s and the region economy development environment analysis.Comparing superiority, the potential and agricultural characteristic makes the strategy of industrial structure adjustment.
