Abstract: Beginning the ＂rural labor worker abundance ＂in the 1980s of the 20th century ,now has changed the ＂rural labor worker shortage＂in some places. There has been a more obvious change in China＇ s economic field since the policy of reform and opening. This paper is trying to discuss the cause that forms the ＂shortage of rural labor workers from an aspect of the economics, and also gave us much thought and inspiration： How to treat the rural labor workers.
