Abstract: Taken white flammulina velutipes as representative,the test was probed the effect of different honeysuckle rattan extract on growth rate and development of the hypha.These kinds of honeysuckle rattan extract are different in content.The results showed that there was remarkable difference in growth and development of the strains when the prescriptions were different.mong these prescriptions, the ratio of potato to honeysuckle rattan is 200：100,for it is the best nutritional condition that can accelerate growth and development of white flammulina velutipes hyphae＇s hyphae.
