Abstract: With the development of the economics in China , women , a special branch of people who have been the principle part of the agriculture production, increasingly exert important functions. Therefore , it becomes highly important how to look on them rightly , and how to create favorable environment for them .Based on it ,the article summarizes ago research productions in the fields.
