Research on Grape's Physical Response in High Tem-perature Stress

Abstract: Temperature is a mainly factor which limited quantity and quality of grapes. The paper reviewed the changes of thestability of membrane, antioxidant metabolism, photosynthesis, permeate, heat protein, Ca^2+ and their thermo tolerance mechanism, Further research ideas for these facets of heat stress are prospected.
