Abstract: Primary industry is the prime step and base of fishery industrial.In order to the distribution character of fishery resources in Inner Mongolia,the paper put forward that the development direction of primary industry of fishery industrial in Inner Mongolia is proliferaing ＆ culturing in lake ＆ reservoir, culturing in pond and develop ＆ utility of saltine lake,recreating fishery,fishery product process, and construction of exchange market.
