Abstract: Analysis of the nutritive composition of the Amur ide Leuciscus waleckii （Dybowski） and Golden （chinese） carp Carassius auratus （Linnaeus） was undertaken in 2006 October.The content of protein of the Amur ide Leuciscus waleckii （Dybowski） and Golden （chinese） carp Carassius auratus （Linnaeus） were 17.54% and 16.96% respectively （fresh flesh base）;the content of lipid were 1.23% and 3.44%;the content of total amino acids were 79.35% and 75.58%;the percentages of essential amino acids in total amino acids were 47.81% and 45.15%.Its contain aboundant microcontent nutritive elements in the fishes, such as Fe,Cu,Zn.
