Abstract: By the proline determination of the different alfalfa, the result showed： Reindeer and Pounds had significant difference with contrast Leaves in Xinjiang. The proline content of Leidake Star was lower with contrast Leaves in Xinjiang. According to proline content and fresh yield,it was preliminary screened that the Grandeur deserve the extensive expansion in the Mar.of south xinjiang.
