Abstract: The source and situation of soil pollution by heavy metals was analyzed, The concept of phytoremediation was introduced , and it＇s use in clearing soil pollution by heavy metals was illustrsted from phytoextraetion, phytostabilization, phytovolatilization and rhizofiotration four aspects, and the developmental trend of phytoremediation is put forward furtherly.
