Abstract: Yinshan Mountain region year-round drought and scarcity of natural rainfall,and crop growth is limited,so efficient use of limited rainfall is significant.Construction of film ridge-furrow system,and determination of 0～50cm topsoil water conditions of the different rainfall treatment after artificial rain to study the variation.The results showed that：the back ridge of soil water treatment was no significant difference,but the water storage capacity of furrow of rainfall treatment was significantly higher than those of film processing.Soil moisture storage infiltration rate of 3.14 mm rainfall treat was the highest,and the replenishment effect of 0～50mm topsoil was no significant difference with it 2,3,4 times rainfall.
