Abstract: ＂Four proposed two open＂ democratic self-work law is a village-level innovation in the Henan Dengzhou have entered the country after the first stage of promotion,this only from the viewpoint of political science to interpret the work of law embodied in the leadership of the party People and the organic unity of the rule of law and of excavation.
