Abstract: Through the ＂Inner Mongolia Agriculture Pollution Census＂ and 《2008 Statistical Yearbook of Inner Mongolia》,Livestock and statistical analysis of survey data obtained in our region the two major crop straw and animal manure can be recycled resources,producing displacement theory and practice,and analyzes the region＇s crop stalks and the main use of animal manure channels,predicted in 2015 the two major resources in our region could have generated the above-mentioned displacement,which is unreasonable to change my area of production and lifestyle,reducing our region＇s recyclable waste of resources and environmental pollution to promote the region＇s agriculture and rural economy,sustainable development of great significance.
