Abstract: At present,the rural village-level financial showing a lot of new features and new trends in the work of village-level financial management of the new tasks and new requirements for financial management work in the rural areas there are many practical issues that must be improved and specifications,articles from the the implementation of village collective work of the accounting principal-agent system,the emergence of some new situations and new problems and improvement measures in a bid to further standardize and strengthen the village-level financial management to promote the city＇s economic and social harmony and stability of rural development in-depth discussions.
