Abstract: The household contract responsibility system is our present land system which has prouduced very positive effects when it was first put into use and has promoted the fast development of agriculture in the past 30 years.But now some negative influence by the syetem is raising,which has caused a series of social problems.This paper,basing on many of the researches done by foreign schoolars and learning from the experience of foreign land system,mainly analyses the present land system in our country and points out some existing problems,in couple with offers some suggestions on this issure.
