    In the the general election of village committees,serious village bribe-election appears in china.This kind of bribe election deprives of villager’s right of election,provokes leader’s corruption,ruins social ethos and disrupts rural area’s social order.In order to pursue their self-interest or show off their capability,those candidate participate in the bribe-election.On the other hand,why those villagers,especially those median voter,take part in the bribe election voluntarily?This article will discuss the root causes of the villagers' participation in bribe election from public choice theory in the perspective of median voter theory.

    Take the boschiniakia glabra of Inner Mongolian Dengkou County as experimental material.based on field investigation method.Research boschiniakia glabra inflorescence vegetal period,the relation between environmental conditions of a free air temperature,soil temperature and soil moisture content with the boschiniakia glabra inflorescence.The result indicated,The boschiniakia glabra inflorescence's growth have the close relation with the temperature and the soil temperature Generally the free air temperature is in 20~30℃,the soil temperature is in 15~20℃,the suitable soil volume water content is in 3%~4%,the growth speed may reach 2~3cm/d in fastest speed.When the soil volume water content surpasses 8%,the plant began to rot.

    Under-film dripping irrigation is a comprehensive technique that consolidates water-saving irrigation,effective fertilization and plastic film protection.With its help,after two years’ effort,we managed to solve a series of problems in Damaoqi,such as low usage efficacy of irrigation and fertilization and low outcome of potato.Experimental results show that under the new technique,we can save 165 cubic meters of water per acre.Water saving rate is 55%.We can save 6.84 kilogrammes of fertilization per acre and the saving rate is 33.5%,10 points higher than before.We can save 33 Kwh of electricity per acre and the saving rate is 34.2%.We can save 0.05 acres of field per acre and the saving rate is 5%.We can save 4 working unit per acre.We can increase the outcome by 510-594 kilogrammes and the increasing rate is 32.9%-35.5%.The cost can be cut by 715-740 yuan per acre.Not only can we achieve economic progress,but also ecological and social benefits by the application of this new technology.Therefore,it should be popularized.

    The comprehensive characteristics of internal and external cucumber varieties was compared for selecting appropriate variety to plant in autumn and winter season in northern greenhouse.The results showed that the No.6 is the best variety to autumn and winter season in greenhouse.The NO.3 and Dong Xin followed;The yield of fruit type cucumber in earlier stage was higher,but it is not suit for planting in autumn and winter season greenhouse because of intolerance to low temperature.

    Planting density,pruning method,growth and development about planting caster have been studied in this trail based on the climate and cultivation condition of Ningxia irrigation area.The results are height and main spike height of caster increase,but stem diameter,spike length and effective number of branches and spike decrease with high density of planting caster.It means that high density effect caster on individual development and economic yield which are affected by lower density.So the appropriate planting density of caster is 784 /667m^2,planting distance is 85cm×100cm.

    Objective:Ruta graveolens is a kind of medicinal plants,the output of its stem is very high.Rodenticide made from Ruta graveolens will provide theoretical basis for the production and application of rodenticide.Methods:The stem tissue of Ruta graveolens was used to produce poisonous bait of high,medium,and low concentration,respectively.Then poisonous baits were used to feed male mice and changes of body weight,testis mass,small intestine mass as well as infertility rate for female mice copulated with male mice fed with poisonous bait were observed.Results:In comparison with the control group,mice fed with poisonous bait exhibited marked reduction in body weight,testis mass as well as small intestine mass corresponding with the increase of infertility rate.Conclusion:Poisonous bait made from Ruta graveolens could effectively restrain the proliferation of mice.

    Recent years 3S technology more and more widely used in Eco-environmental evaluation and land use study.In the article,we used different periods TM images(1993,2000 and 2008)and ground historic surveys datum and adopted the methods of remote sensing image interpretation and purpose interpreted,focused on the vegetation type,land use patterns and other information extraction,analyzed landscape elements change in Taolinkou reservoir district,Hebei province.The results showed that: the area of cultivated land,grassland and unused land area since 1993 tended to decrease,while the forest area,water area and the residential and industrial land area was an increasing trend;different land use areas in decreasing order,as forest land,water,grassland,farmland,residential and industrial land and unused land.
