Abstract: In this paper,yakeshi city agricultural land scale operation the history and current situation based on carding,analyzed and summarized through ＂two round 3 period＂ extends a circulation of how to effectively protect the effective using of cultivated land resources, improve the land scale,safeguard farmers＂ vital interests, increase the income of peasants,and finally puts forward the existing problems and solutions to the problem.
