    Yongliang 4 was main cultivated cuhivars for nearly 30 years in the Hetao area,appeared lower plant uniformity, resistance to the recession and the quality of variable inferior serious phenomena,should be deeply understand change of Yongliang 4 traits,which has a very important role in guiding production.Using regional test data of main economic characters variation for 27 years,the correlation, regression and path between main economic characters variation and yield were analyzed. The results show that: the main economic characters of variety have obvious variation which the thousand kernel weight has decreased and became one of the main negative effects of reduced yield. At present,according to the actual conditions of Hetao area, it is suggested wheat varieties selection could be based on higher thousand Kernel weight and multiple spike type.

    Through the field cuhivation , different density experiment of peanut was carried out to provide effect on yield and individual economic character.The results showed that with the growth of peanut density,per hectare yield on peanut grew too. when the density was 315 thousand hole per hm2,the yield was 3.38t.But with the increases of the density,the individual economic character appeared increased first and decreased later,when the density was 285 thousand hole per hmE,the individual economic character increased to a peak.

    In this study,we chose Sudan grass and sweet sorghum to hybridize with Sorghum male sterile lines,to select advanced interspecific combinations.There are 15 kinds of male parent materials,to avert the blindness of follow-up crossbreeding,make it more pertinent,we firstly chose fifteen male parents through eight agronomic characters index and two production index to minimise workload,meanwhile,to Provide theoretical basis for breeding high green forage yield,high seed yield and moderate sugar content in future.Finally,we selected 7 kinds of materials as the male parents:W010,T03, N0601,06-071 (5), DxK, BS(1) B9@.Among all these materials,under the same planting destiny, the seed yield of BS(1) is high,while the green forage yield is lower than the others;Relatively,the seed yield of DxK is the lowest,then the green forage yield is high;The seed yield of the five remaining materials is high,so is the green forage yield,all of them is good male parent materials.

    In this study, the object was to build two ways that callus induction and the ability to promote axillary branching for rapid propagation of China Aloe.In MS medium supplemented with 600mg/L of ascorbic acid may be effective in preventing browning of explants.By means of the propagation of callus induction from leaf callus induction and callus induction stage the best bud stage type and concentration ratio of PGR was 2mg/L 6-BA+1.7 mg/L 2,4-D,4 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5mg/L NAA;Through the promotion of small buds shoot meristem propagation channels, induced a small bud stage of bud meristem best PGR type and concentration ratio of 2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA;By stage rooting species and concentration ratio of PGR was 0.3mg/LNAA. The way to promote the ability of axillary branching is more appropriate than by callus induction for callus induction rapid propagation of China Aloe.

    Microorganism fermentation liquid(109cfu/ml) is innocuity microbe goods to person and animal,and can promote plant growth by producing plant hormone.On this study,we evaluate the promotion root effect of different concentrations of microorganism fermentation liquid on stem of September chrysanthemum.The results show that all microorganism fermentation liquid their treatment have different increasing to each biology index,and the best effect in them is widen 200 times, compared to control, root length,root number can increase 46.02%,18.75% respectively,and their fresh and dry weight is also obviously more than control.

    The aim was to meet the need for cultivation of germchit.By using tissue culture methods,the cotyledons of Viola verecunda were used as material to do the research on callus induction and differentiation,differentiation and rooting of adventitious buds,rooting and transplanting of tube seedlings,finally establish the clone of Viola verecunda.The results showed that MS+BA0.4mg/L+2,4-D2.5mg/L was the optimum medium for inducing callus from cotyledons and subculturing of induced callus.The optimum medium for callus and adventitious buds differentiation was MS+NAAO.lmg/L+BA0.6mg/L.1/4MS+ABT 1/2 mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L was the ideal medium for rooting and subculturing.The transplanting survival rate of tube seedlings was 91.9% and stable planting survival rate was 99.1%.Colonization of plantlets grew vigorously and maintained for all botanical traits of Viola verecunda.

    Spring wheat growth period, field component,yield,nutrient uptake and fertilizer use efficiency of were measured in a field plot test to study the effect of fertilization on the spring wheat yield and its component.The five treatments were optimal fertilization (NPK),no P fertilizer (NK),no N fertilizer(PK),no K fertilizer(NP) and no fertilizer(ek).The results showed that the spring wheat was matured earlier and the growth period was shorted for no N fertilizer,on the contrary,the wheat was matured later and the growth period was longer for no P fertilizer.The high, ear length,grain number per spike and dry mater weight were NPK〉NK〉NP〉PK〉ek.The yield was increased by applying fertilizer and the yield was increased by 69.1% and 7.8% and 27.7% for N and P and K fertilizer separately.15.4 and 3.3 and 14.1kg grain were increased by per kg N and P2O5 and K2O.In the treatment of optimal fertilization the use efficiency of N and P2O5 and K2O were 39.6% and 14.3% and 56.4% separately.And 3.04kg and 1.38kg and 2.71kg N and P2O5 and K2O were absorbed to produce 100kg grain.

    Based on the observation data of negative oxygen ion concentrations and meteorological data from November in 2011 to March in 2012 in Baotou,the seasonal, monthly and daily variations of negative oxygen ion concentrations,and relationships between negative oxygen ion concentrations and meteorological factors were analyzed.The results show that negative oxygen ion concentrations are obviously different in different seasons,months and days.Negative oxygen ion concentrations are higher in spring than in winter, the minimum concentration appear in January,the maximum concentration is in May,negative oxygen ion concentration is lower in the daytime than in the night;The negative oxygen ion concentration has close correlation with meteorological elements;The monthly average concentration of negative oxygen has positive correlation with monthly average; temperature and moisture.

    Longde County cold climate, soil mulching planting potato harvesting time,usually in late July,in the film conventionally grown and harvested in mid-September, May-July is off-season market supply.In order to meet the market consumption, Longde County, in the full study of argumentation on the basis of early spring, launched by the cultivation of Early Maturing Potato,comparable in the plastic film mulching cultivation of Early Maturing Potato 30 days earlier than in the conventional cultivation listed, late-maturing potatoes 90 days ahead of schedule to appear on the market,each of the 667m2, production value 2000 yuan of above,gained good economic benefits.At the same time, the potato harvest can be multiple cropping early maturing cabbage,celery, spinach,increasing the unit area benefit.
