Abstract: Based on the current situation of tobacco production in Chifeng area, difterent forms of organization of farmersti＇om the culture level, the age structure of the present situation were investigated and proven to cuhivatd a team of excellentprofessional farmers that was the important guarantee of promoting the local tobacco tarmers cooperative development and italso confirmed that tobacco industrysustainable and stable development.
