  • The variance analysis between nuclear gene and two-dimensional protein electrophoresisabout sterile lines of sugar beet

    This paper m ainly focused on the tw o-dim ensional protein electrophoresis difference betw een various cytoplasmicmale sterility (CM S) about suger beets supplied by Inner Mongolia academ y of agricultural and anim al husbandry sciences.Seven kinds of suger beet had been selected through pollen research and m ark er-assisted selection.According to VNTRm icrosatellite m olecular m arker identification method the suger beets had the Owen infertility cytoplasm.Then through theflorescence analysis of reference group and treatm ent group between pollen situation and two -dim ensional proteinelectrophoresis, 23 difference protein spot had been found including 12 difference protein spot found in seedling stage ofreference group.After further analysis of the tw o-dim ensional protein electrophoresis of CMS between reference group andtreatm ent g roup,the difference protein spot num ber were 7 , 5 , 5 , 6 , 8 , 1 1 , 18.In the same time the 9 type with Owen infertilitycytoplasm and good pollen situation was analyzed and 5 difference protein spot had not been included in reference group.Prelim inary speculation was that nuclear genedid not control infertility cytoplasm gene protein expression but through proteinregulator control system lead to fertility restoring.

    To assess the diversity of fungi in soil of Great Khingan forest, the forest surface soil around the Ecosystem Station ofGreat Khingan was collected. Then based on ITS gene,the Miseq high-throughput sequencing technique was applied to discoverthe diversity of fungi in the soil. The resuhs showed that obtained 3 260 ITS sequences could be usable. At the divergence levelof 0.03, these sequences were divided into 51 OTU. The alpha diversity indexes namely Shannon,coverage, Chao value and acevalue were 0.8189,85.60% ,85 and 155, respectively. The ITS sequences were originated from Basidiomycota, Ascomycota,Zygomycota and some unknown tungal taxa, of which the predominated was Basidiomycota with the highest ratio of 97.91%.

    The Cambaridae phylogenetic relationship were further elucidated by molecular methods. According tomitochondria genome sequences of 12S rRNA and CO I gene from 18 species of Cambaridae, while Carcinus maenas wasset as outgroup, the phylogenetic trees were constructed by neighbor joining (NJ) and maximum likelihood (ML) methodsbased on MEGA 6.0. Interspecific genetic distances were calculated based on the Kimma-2 parameter model. The resultsindicated that the phylogeny of molecular classification the same as morphology classification.

    In order to obtain the optimal fertilizer combination of Hetao irrigation area and reduce the environmentalcontamination caused by the nitrogen leaching, slow controlled release fertilizer (HK), granular organic fertilizer(F),microbial fertilizer (W) and farmer accustomed fertilization (CK) had been set up as four fertilization treatments to discussthe impact of different tertilization combination on the content of NO3--N and NH4+-N in soil leaching solution in Hetaoirrigation area. The results showed that the content of NO3--N and NH4+-N decreased as the soil depth increased and underthe different treatments NH4+-N can be controlled efficiently. Microbial fertilizer (W) was able to weaken the process of thetranslation from nutrition to NH4+-N and the ammonification of the soil and theretbre the volatilization of the ammonia in thesoil was reduced.

    Based on growing alfalta in the third year in field of sah-aftected land in Hetao, orthogonal experiment was set totest the influence of production and quality- by using different tertilization combinations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.The results showed that fertilization significantly increased the production of altalfa and P was better than K and less N wasbetter than more N ;alfalta production reached maximum value of 8 428 kg/hm2 while the combination was N2P6K4, which was48.4% higher than the control group.Altalth highest economic benefits was 196.2 yuan/667m2 and income rate reached 38.2%while the combination was NOP2K2. Fertilization combination of N-P, N-K and P-K can significantly increase the contents ofcrude protein and crude tat, but with the increasing of tertilizing amount, the growth trend showed a tendency of decreasing.

    Through the experiment on the small rape in greenhouse, the effect of microbial liquid fertilizer was studied. Theresults showed that after applying "xindu"microbial liquid fertilizer on small rape, not only the plant height and plant exhibitionshowed obvious advantages, but also the yield had different degrees of increase. Compared with conventional tertilization theyield of small rape increased 267 kg/667m2 and the increase rate was 6.94%. It had a certain economic benefits.

    This test used the Hongyan strawberry as the experime ntal material and aimed to investigate the change ofstrawberry fruit quality with different storage temperatures during the process of aging and the change of the uhra weakluminescence.The results showed that fruit hardness,chlorophyll,soluble solids content and titratable acid were on thedecline;soluble sugar, anthocyanin and VC were increased overall in the aging process; ultra weak luminescence were theoverall downward trend during the process of aging and ultra weak luminescence intensitywere decreased sharply with theaging degree deepening.In consequence, ultra weak luminescence intensitycan reflect the strawberryfruit senescence.

    In order to study- the effect of different immersion concentration and time of Vc, adding antioxidant and adsorbentin medium on preventing browning for strawberry in stem-tip culture, the strawbmfy stem tips were selected. The resuhsshowed that the browning can be controlled by soaking the strawbmfy terminal bud in 300 mg/L Vc solution for 12 rain. Atthe same time, the inhibition effect of PVP added in the medium with 1.5 g/L on the browning of strawberry stem tip was thebest, and the germination rate of the callus was 100% for strawberry terminal bud.

    In order to research the all production factors of melon on the role of the output, Hybrid combination of theirbreedings have been the research object for our test. The fruit cavity diameter, fruit vertical cavity, fruit wall thickness andcharacteristics of the fruit weight about the melon were path analyzed. Experimental resuhs showed that the fruit cavitydiameter and the limit wall thickness had very- significant positive correlation tor fruit weight. In other words, by the processof breeding, we should choose variety- whose limit cavity- diameter was long and with thick skin.

    In order to select the best seedling way for tomato seedling growth, in this experiment, the "ZhongzaNo.9" tomatoas study object, we studied on tomato seedlings germination rate, seedling quality- traits, the effect of plants and fruits alterplanting by two nurseryways of CIS nursery- Bowl and nurseryseedling. The results showed that the growth index ofgermination rate ,plant height, leaf number, stem diameter,ti:esh weight and dryweight were significantly better than anothertreatment, and the advantage was continued to engraftment, the treatment of CIS nursery- Bowl was a te, w days earlier at ti'uitharvest time, and the yield was higher than the control group.

    In order to explore function of different mineral element to Arabidopsis calcium accumulation,we used different concentration of Ca2+, K+, NO3-, Mg2+, S04〉, NH4+, P04〉, Fe〉, Zn〉 base on the hydroponic system and choose Arabidopsis as material.In this system,while the concentration of NH4+ was 10 mmol/L,the accumulation of calcium reduced dramatically. While the concentration of K+ was 0 mmol/L, the accumulation of calcium increased obviously. Under the low and high concentration of Mg2+, Fe2+, Zn〉, the accumulation of calcium all reduced markedly. It is suggested that NH4+, K+, Mg2+, Fe2+, Zn〉 possessed obvious effect on the accumulation of calcium.

    The number, of pod branches (NPB), the number of pods per plant(NPP) and lO0-pod weight(100PW) of peanut are important to yield traits. To offer uset'ul intormation tor breeding cuhivars with high yield, we investigated NPB, NPP and 100PW of Yuanza 9102(P1),Wanhua No.4(P2) and 133(Hetei,E1) F2 lines and 151(Guzhen,E2) F2 lines derived from the cross P1 xP2. Three traits were analyzed with mixed major gene and polygene inheritance model. Genetic analysis revealed that the NPB were controlled by one pairs of additive xdominance major genes in two environments. NPP were controlled by two pairs of additive xdominance major genes in Hetei, while NPP were controlled by one pairs of additive x dominance major genes in Guzhen.100PW was controlled by two pairs of equidominant major genes in two environments.

    Ceiba insignis is more applied, but the product is uneven and there is not a unified standard. Standardized planting method and traditional planting method of Ceiba insignis was compared. The resuhs showed that:compared with the traditional planting method, standardized planting method had good uniformity, about 3 times growth rate faster than the traditional extensive planting method.The economic benefits was 12.5 times of the traditional extensive planting method.

Analysis and compare each type main economic characters, phenophaseand yield, The resuhs showed that Xingnongtianqiao NO.1 economic characters better, Plant height was short, short growthperiod; thousand seed weight and yield were 26.35 g and 2 232.23 kg/hm2,comparing to the local peasant varieties (CK)thousand seed weight increased by 3.54%, yield increased by 5.71%.

    The control effect of 10% fosthiazate CR and 1 billion cfu/mL Bacillus cereus AS to the root-knot nematodes ingreen tomato was studied in this paper, the resuhs showed that the control effect of 10% fosthiazate GR to the root-knotnematodes in green tomato was well , up to 83.3%,and this treatmeat could increase the yield of tomato.     A new type ridge plastic mulching planter of potato was introduced in this paper. It can complete the work oftertilizing, planting potato, ridging, plastic film mulching and so on. At the same time, it can place the drip irrigationpipeline under the plastic film. A double-potato-spoon seed-taker is applied on the planter to guarantee to take the potato-seed fiom the seed box and to sow just a potato-seed at each point. A new agronomic measure of potato ridge plasticmulching side planting is adopted to achieve a small row spacing and large ridge spacing cultivation mode.     The study- was conduct on the seasonal patternof population bunch area of Stipa brevitlora, Artemisia frigida andpeak value in September. Under ditterent grazing intensities, the bunch area of Stipa breviflora increased with grazingintensity, and there was significant difference between grazing intensities. The bunch area of Artemisia frigida transformedfrom increasing to decreasing in CK block, and the peak value was observed in August. In grazing blocks, the bunch areaincreased month by month, and the peak value was observed in September. Under different grazing intensities, the buncharea decreased significantly with the grazing intensity- increasing in each month. The variation tendency of bunch area ofCleistogenes songorica had no great differences with Artemisia frigida.

    To study- the meteorological tactors (temperature,rainfall and sunlight hours) of buckwheat production,the influenceof the six buckwheat varieties,including three wheat and three buckwheat planted tor two consecutive years in the sameregion, through observation of the reproductive period and record meteorological factors, determined agronomic traits in themature period, using the method of correlation analysis and path analysis, we tbund a clear correlation of buckwheat yieldand meteorological factors.     In order to study the characteristics of summer precipitation in Chifeng City, according to the precipitation datafiom 1959 to 2014 (June-August), the distribution and characteristics of summer precipitation were analyzed. The resultsshowed that the negative trend of summer recipitation was main and the rate of 10.9 mm/10a was decreasing. The spatialdistribution of summer precipitation in Chiteng was obtained by using the average precipitation of each station. The resultsshowed that the change trend of the precipitation in Chifeng during the period of the summer recipitation was presented. Thespatial distribution of heavy- rain was gradually increasing from northwest to southeast and mainly concentrated in the middleandend of July .

    In this paper, the Xiaoer gully region nearly 53a sunshine time of observation data, analysis of Xiaoer gully regionsunshine time interdecadal and interannual, each season, cloud cover change analysis, and USES the method of accumulativeanomaly, linear tendency estimate, and SNR mutation test were analyzed. Xiaoer gully region (1957-2010),annual sunshinehours, sunshine percentage and sunshine duration each season there are varying degrees of reducing trend of annual sunshineduration lapse rate of about 12.1 h / 10 a,and this degressive trend was on the rise. The most obvious sunshine duration mutationwas in winter. Sunshine duration climate change spatial analysis showed that Xiaoer gully region sunshine time decline on thewhole, and based on the analysis of mutation testing, 1981 and 1998 was the year of climate mutation of sunlight.

    Hurood is the Mongo lian traditional dairy products with a long history. Hurood is very popular among theconsumers in the ethnic minority areas tbr its unique flavor, rich nutrition, and teatures of easily portable. The nutritionalcharacteristics, production process and the effects of different factors on hurood quality were reviewed in this paper. At last,the hurood industry was prospected, and theoretical references were provided to guide future development and innovation ofMongolian traditional dairy products.
