Abstract: Bacillus megaterium is a beneficial kind of functional bacteria,it is widely concerned and deeply studied because of the advantages of environmental friendliness,food crop safety,harmless to human and animal and so on. The research status of Bacillus megaterium on phosphate-solubilizing, biological control,water purification Exogenous gene expression and so on were summarized in this paper,it would provide the theoretical basis for further study of Bacillus megaterium.
