采精频率对娟珊牛改良西藏黄牛F3代种公牛精液品质的影响

Effect of Semen Collection Frequency on Semen Quality of Male F3 Hybrids of Jersey Cattle and Tibet Yellow Cattle

摘要: 为研究采精频率对娟姗牛改良西藏黄牛F_3代种公牛精液品质的影响,选择3~4岁健康娟姗牛改良西藏黄牛F_3代种公牛12头,随机分为4组,每组3头。试验Ⅰ组隔日采精1次;试验Ⅱ组连续2 d采精,休息1 d,再连续2 d采精;试验Ⅲ组连续3 d采精,休息1 d,再连续3 d采精;试验Ⅳ组采精1次,休息2 d,再采精1次。采精时间均在9:00,持续2个月。试验重复3次。结果显示,精子密度、精子活力、精子顶体完整率和精子GR酶活性,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅳ组间差异显著(P〈0.05),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅳ组较试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组差异极显著(P〈0.01)。精子CAT值,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅳ组间差异显著(P〈0.05),试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组差异显著(P〈0.05),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅳ组较试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组差异极显著(P〈0.01)。总之,试验Ⅳ组,即采精1次,休息2 d,再采精1次,娟姗牛改良西藏黄牛F_3代种公牛精液品质最好;其次为试验Ⅰ组,即隔日采精1次。

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of semen collection frequency on semen quality of male F3 hybrids of Jersey Cattle and Tibet Yellow Cattle. Twelve 3- to 4-year-old healthy male F3 hybrids of Jersey Cattle and Tibet Yellow Cattle were selected and randomly divided into four groups. In group Ⅰ, the semen samples were collected once every 2 days; in group Ⅱ, the semen samples were collected once daily for two concessive days, and after a 1-day rest, the samples were collected once daily for another two concessive days; in group Ⅲ, the semen samples were collected once daily for three concessive days, and after a 1-day rest, the samples were collected once daily for another three concessive days; in group Ⅳ, the semen samples were collected once, and after a 2-day rest, the samples were collected once again. The semen samples were collected at 9 : 00 for each group, and the experiment lasted for 2 months. Three duplicates were set in this study. The results showed that there were significant differences in sperm density, sperm motility, sperm acrosomal integrity and sperm GR enzyme activity between group Ⅰ and group Ⅳ (P〈0.05), and very significant differences in these indicators were also observed between group Ⅰ, group IV and group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ (P〈0.01). There were significant differences in sperm CAT value between group Ⅰ and group Ⅳ (P〈0.05) as well as between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ (P〈0.05), and very significant differences in sperm CAT value were also observed between group Ⅰ, group Ⅳ and group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ (P〈0.01). The combined data suggest that the best semen quality is obtained in group IV followed by group Ⅰ.
