Abstract: Grassland ecosystem was a functional complex constituted by biocoenosis that all kinds of perennial herbs were dominant and its environment,it was the material base of human existence and development,and also the important premise of sustainable development for human being. But grassland degradation was getting worse and worse all over the world owing to the irrational utilization of grassland by people,which not only caused the pressure that hard to bear,but also led to severe influence on human from the aspects of health,living environment and life quality. The present situation of grassland ecosystem was analyzed in this paper,and the rational utilization,protection and control countermeasures for grassland ecosystem were proposed.
