蚕沙叶绿素的提取工艺研究

摘要: 利用L9(3^4)正交试验研究蚕沙叶绿素的提取工艺,通过计算分析了各工艺因素对叶绿素提取效率的影响,并对提取液进行了全波扫描。结果显示,提取叶绿素的最佳工艺参数为:固液比1:20、提取温度50℃、提取时间1h、丙酮:石油醚为1:3,该工艺组合的叶绿素得率为0.123%,与最差的工艺参数组合相比,提取效率提高284.375%;叶绿素提取液在190~900nm之间得到668.7,405.7和225.1nm 3个吸收峰,其中225.1nm处为最大吸收峰。

Abstract: The extraction technology of chlorophyll from silkworm excrement was researched through I9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment. The influences of all the technological factors on the extraction efficiency of chlorophyll were analyzed through calculating and the full-wave scanning was performed on the extract. The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of chlorophyll extraction were as follws: the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20, the extraction temperature was 50℃, the extraction time was 1 h and the ratio of acetone to petroleum ether was 1:3. The chlorophyll yield rate of this technological combination was 0.123 % and it was increased by 284.375 % in comparison with that of the poorest technological combination. The chlorophyll extract had 3 absorption peaks in the range of 190-900 nm, they occurred at 668.7,405.7 and 225.1 nm resp. Among them, the absorption peak at 225.1 nm was largest.
