应用模糊数学法综合评价淮安市大气环境质量

Comprehensive Evaluation on The Atmospheric Environmental Quality in Huai'an City by Fuzzy-mathematical Method

摘要: 运用模糊数学方法,选用SO2、NO2、PM10作为评价因子,参照大气环境质量标准,通过计算污染因子权重分配系数和隶属度,对江苏省淮安市总体大气环境质量给出客观的评价,综合评判结果表明淮安市总体大气环境质量为轻度污染(Ⅱ级),且空气质量在逐年恶化。用模糊数学概念进行推理,经过运算得出综合评价结果,与一般评价方法相比更接近客观。

Abstract: With SO2, NO2 and PM10 as evaluation factors, by reference to ambient air quality standard, through calculating the weight distribution coefficients and attachment degrees of pollution factors by fuzzy-mathematical method, the total air environmental quality of Huai'an City in Jiangsu Province was evaluated objectvely. The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the total air environmental quality of Huai' an City was light pollution (grade Ⅱ) and its air quality was deteriorating year by year. Compared with general evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation results got from deduction and calculation by using fuzzy-mathematical concepts were more objective.
