摘要: 采用水解——微负压蒸氨方法,控制晶粒成核及生长的条件,从精制的碳酸铵锌溶液制备符合饲料添加剂要求的碱式碳酸锌。锌的析出率〉98.0%,产品主成分Zn〉57.5%,粒径〈200nm,松散密度0.1~0.25g/cm^3。
Abstract: The nucleating and growing condition of crystal grain was controlled by hydrolysis-negative micro-pressure ammonia distillation. The basic zinc carbonate meeting the requirement for feed supplement was prepared from refined zinc ammonium carbonate solution. The exhalation rate of zinc was higher than 98.0 %, the content of main component zinc in products was higher than 57.5 %, the particle diameter of products was smaller than 200 nm and their loose smut of wheat thickness was 0.1-0.25 g/cm^3.
