Determination on Zinc in Milk Powder by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy

摘要: 采用原子吸收光谱法测定多种品牌奶粉中锌的含量,对干法消化奶粉所用混合酸的组成、此例等试验条件进行了研究,其最佳样品处理条件为:硝酸—高氯酸(4+1)作为溶解用酸,1mol/L盐酸作为定容用酸,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%。

Abstract: The contents of zinc in milk powder of many brands were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy, the experiment conditions such as composition and proportion of mixed acid used in the digestion of milk powder by dry method were researched. The optimum condition for its sample treatment was with nitrate acid-perchloric acid (4 +1)as dissolving acid and 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid as constant-volume acid. The relative standard deviation of determination results was smaller than 2 %.
