兰花炭疽病颉颃细菌Z-62的发酵条件优化

Fermentation Conditions Optimization of Antagonistic Strain Z-62 against CoUetotrichum gloeosporioides

摘要: 通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了兰花炭疽病颉颃细菌的最佳发酵条件为:葡萄糖3%、大豆蛋白胨3%、FeSO4·7H2O 0.05%、KCl 0.05%、种龄20h、培养基初始pH值为6.0、250mL三角瓶装液量30mL、接种量4%、发酵时间60h。在该条件下培养得到的发酵液抑茵圈直径可达26.28mm,抑菌活性提高了29.4%。

Abstract: The fermentation conditions of the strain Z-62 was studied via single tactor experiments and orthogonal expenments, and the optimal shaking flask fermentation condition was determined as follows: media composed of 3 % glucose, 3 % soybean peptone, 0.05 % FeSO4·7H2O, 0.05 % KCl, seed age 20 h, initial pH of the media 6.0, media volume 30/250 (mL/mL), inoculum volume 4 % and fermentation time 60 h. In this optimized conditions, the inhibition zone diameter increased by 29.4 % from 20.31 mm. to 26.28 mm.
