摘要: DNA条形码是一段特殊的、可用于物种鉴定的DNA序列,是近几年来国际上生物分类学研究的热点。该技术在动物分类学研究中已得到广泛的应用,所采用的DNA序列是线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶Ⅰ号基因(COⅠ)的部分序列。在植物分类学研究中,DNA条形码的进展相对缓慢,目前尚处于对所提议的叶绿体DNA片段rpoB、rpoC1、matk、rbcL等进行比较和评价阶段。阐述了DNA条形码在生物分类学研究方面的应用现状、存在的问题及可能的发展趋势。

Abstract: DNA bar code, a special DNA sequence used in species identification, has become a focus in biological taxonomy research in recent years. It has been wide applied in zoological taxonomy. And the used DNA sequence was the partial sequence of mitochondrial cytochrome C oxidase gene No. I (CO I ).The progress of DNA bar code is relatively slow in botanical taxonomy. The proposed fragments of chloroplast DNA including rpoB, rpoC1, mark and rbcL were compared and evaluated at present. The paper illustrates present application, existing problems and possible tendency of DNA bar code in biological taxonomy.
