摘要： 为了提高波尔山羊的繁殖效率，试验采用B型超声诊断技术在波尔山羊妊娠早期进行了声像学监测，对早期妊娠诊断以及怀胎数目诊断进行了研究。结果显示：在渡尔山羊妊娠早期，即妊娠40d之前，主要以直肠检查为主，腹壁检查为辅；妊娠40d以后腹壁检查时胎体清晰可见，主要以腹壁检查为主，妊娠诊断的准确率为100％，双胎诊断的准确率为100％，单胎诊断的准确率为81．8％。

Abstract: In order to improve the productive efficiency of Boer goat, the audio-visual monitoring was carried out in the early pregnancy of Boer goat through B-type ultrasonic diagnostic techniques. And the diagnosis of early pregnancy and the number of pregnancy was studied. The results showed that the Boer goat in early pregnancy （during the first 40 d of gestation） should be diagnosed mainly by rectal palpation and secondarily by abdominal examination. After 40 d of gestation, the fetus was clearly visible as shown by abdominal examination, and abdominal examination was the main diagnostic method. The accuracy rate of pregnancy diagnosis, twin diagnosis, and single-fetus diagnosis was 100 %, 100 % and 81.8 %, respectively.
