摘要: 采用RP—HPLC法测定2种银杏主栽品种佛指和洞庭黄外种皮中黄酮苷含量。方法为:采用Shim—Pack VP-ODS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50),检测波长为360nm;流速为1mL/min,柱温为30℃,以槲皮素、山柰酚和异鼠李素为对照外标法定量检测。试验结果表明,佛指和洞庭黄外种皮中黄酮苷含量分别为0.134%和0.150%,它们外种皮中黄酮苷含量不同,其中佛指中黄酮苷含量较高。

Abstract: To determine the content of flavonoids glycosides in Ginkgo exotesta of both eultivals of fozhi and Dongtinghuang by RP- HPLC.Methods:The separation was performed by using Shim-Paek VP- ODS C18( 150 min×4.6 ram,5 min)column with a mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol- 0.4 % phosphoric acid (50:50) with column temperatur of 30 ℃ and flow rate of 1 mL/min and detective wavelength of 360 nm. The standard curves were made by using quereetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin as external standard method. The content of flavonoids glycosides in Ginkgo exotesta of both euhivars of fozhi euhivar and Dongtinghuang respectively were 0.134 % and 0.150 %.The content of flavonoids glycosides was different between fozhi and Dongtinghuang, The content of fozhi euhivar was higher than that of Dongtinghuang.
