红曲霉复合制剂对小鼠肝和肾抗氧化能力的影响

Antioxidant Effect of Monascus Combination Chinese Traditional Medicine on Liver and Kidney of Mice

摘要: 为了阐明红曲霉复合制剂对小鼠肝和肾抗氧化能力的影响和最适浓度,用昆明种小白鼠以红曲霉复合制剂1%、3%和5%进行了90d喂养。进行了一般症状的观察和采食及体重变化的测定,在给药3个月后测定了血液常规指标、肝和肾脏器指数,进行了体外肝肾的抗氧化特性的检查。试验发现,小白鼠的血液常规、肝肾脏器指数与对照组无显著差异。结果表明,添加1%剂量红曲霉复合制剂时可提高饲料利用率,但差异不显著(P>0.05);可以提高肝肾超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量,添加红曲霉复合制剂的适宜剂量为1%。

Abstract: The antioxidant effect of Monascus compounds on liver and kidney of mice and the optimal effective concentration were investigated in the study.Forty Kunming mice (weight 20+2 g) were randomly divided into 4 groups including control group and three Monascus treatment groups (1 %,3 % and 5 %). The mice were examined for routine target,blood target,and organ coefficient of liver,and kidney,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels of liver and kidney were determined.There were no significant differences in routine target,blood target,and the effects of antioxidant and scavenging of radical substance between control and treatment groups. The experiment results indicated that the 1 % Monascus compounds can increase the activity of SOD and reduce the levels of MAD in the mice.
