干旱胁迫对盆栽小黑麦生物学特性及叶绿素含量的影响

摘要: 通过对盆栽小黑麦在干旱和灌水两种条件下的叶绿素含量、地上生物量、地下生物量、株高、穗长、穗重和茎叶比进行研究,探讨干旱胁迫对叶绿素含量和形态指标的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫显著降低小黑麦的地上生物量、地下生物量、植株高度、穗长和穗重,但对茎叶比影响不显著;干旱胁迫条件下,在营养生长期内小黑麦叶绿素A、叶绿素B和叶绿素的含量均表现出明显降低,但当其进入生殖生长阶段,叶绿素A、叶绿素B和叶绿素的含量虽然表现出降低的趋势,但结果不显著。

Abstract: To investigate effects of drought stress on chlorophyll content and morphological indexes of potted triticale,chlorophyll content,over-ground biomass,under-ground biomass,height,spike length,spike weight and ratio of stem to leaf were determined under drought stress and irrigation treatment,respectively.The drought stress significantly decreased the over-ground biomass,under-ground biomass,height,spike length and spike weight of the potted triticale,but it did not change the ratio of stem to leaf significantly.Under drought stress,the contents of chlorophyll A,chlorophyll B and chlorophyll decreased remarkably in nutrition moment,but these three indexes showed a declining trend but did not decrease significantly in procreat moment.
