Abstract: The construction of new socialist pastoral areas should be promoted comprehensively with the guidance of the basic principles ＂more giving,less taking and more flexibility＂ according to the basic requirements ＂development of production,affluent life,civilization,clean and tidy village,and democratic management＂.The summary and suggestion of construction model is the summary of the pilot demonstration and can also guide the demonstration and promote the summarized experience.To promote the building of new socialist pastoral areas,some development models for construction of new pastoral areas were summarized and introduced,which included industry-led model,suburban industrial park-led model,eco-agriculture-led model,traditional cultural tourism-led model,and technical training and labor services export model.
