鸡马立克氏病的诊断与防治

Diagnosis of Infection of Marek’s Disease

摘要: 贵州省某鸡场送检发病鸡6只,根据流行病学、剖解病变疑似马立克氏病,经肝脏进行细菌分离培养24 h后观察无细菌生长,琼脂扩散试验为阳性,马立克氏病毒核酸的PCR检测能扩增出目的条带,表明该病为马立克氏病病毒感染所致。

Abstract: A chicken farm of Guizhou Province were sent to check six paradigms of invasive chickens,according to Epidemiology dissection lesion they were suspected Marek’disease,then it was not bacterial growth from the liver to be isolated and cultured after 24 h,agar diffusion reaction were positive,the expected purpose fragment could be amplified from the extracted Marek’viral nucleic acid by the PCR assay developed.The results suggested that this loemiawas caused by Marek’s disease infection.The test is some great significance for exact diagnosis and effectual control the disease.
