ICP-AES法测定饲料中多种微量元素的方法研究

摘要: 运用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定饲料中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg、P、Pb、Cr、Cd 10种微量元素的含量。通过选择合适的分析条件和样品处理方法,线性范围达到3个数量级,线性相关系数大于0.999。方法的回收率在85.0%~96.5%,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD均在7%以下。测定国家标准物质玉米粉的结果与标准值比较一致,均在误差范围以内。该方法对实际样品的测定结果与国家标准的测定结果也比较吻合。该方法简便快速,准确度高、精密度好,适用于不同饲料中微量元素的测定。

Abstract: In this paper,the use of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) Determination of feed at the same time Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca,Mg,P,Pb,Cr,Cd content of 10 kinds of trace elements.Analysis by selecting the appropriate conditions and sample handling methods,the linear range of up to three orders of magnitude,linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.999.Method of recovery is 85.0% ~ 96.5%,of each element relative standard deviation RSD were below 7 percent.Determination of national standards for the material results of corn meal more consistent with the standard values are within the margin of error.The method of determination of the actual sample results to national standards for comparison with measured results.The method is simple,rapid,high accuracy,precision,and apply to different trace elements in the determination of feed.
