噪声干扰对小鼠学习和记忆的影响

Noise Interference on Learning and Memory in Mice

摘要: 通过模拟噪声环境,研究小鼠在噪声环境下学习和记忆能力的变化,以期为噪声对神经系统尤其是学习和记忆功能的影响提供一个试验依据。试验中每天给予声强约为80分贝的噪声干扰,1个月后利用Morris水迷宫系统对动物进行学习和记忆的测定。结果发现,在为期5d的学习训练中,试验组小鼠在第3天时,找到平台的潜伏期为(30.96±0.041)s,显著长于对照组的(15.73±0.041)s(P〈0.05),但在1周后的记忆测验中发现,试验组小鼠记忆保持良好,其找到平台的潜伏期为(10.30±0.045)s,显著低于对照组的潜伏期(29.13±0.045)s(P〈0.05)。结果表明,80分贝的噪声可以影响小鼠的学习和暂时记忆能力,且噪声干扰可使小鼠的长时记忆得以很好地保持。

Abstract: The aim of the study was to provide an experimental basis for investigating the effects of noise on nervous system,especially learning and memory.The changes in learning and memory of mice were observed in simulated noise environment.The mice were interfered with noise at a sound intensity of about 80 decibels every day for 1 month.Morris water maze system was used for determination of learning and memory.During the 5-day learning training,the incubation time for the experimental mice to find platform on Day 3 was(30.96 ± 0.041) s,which was significantly longer than that of control group(15.73 ± 0.041) s(P〈 0.05).However,in the memory test which was performed after 1 week,the incubation time for the experimental mice to find platform on Day 3 was(10.30± 0.045) s,which was significantly shorter than that of control group(29.13 ± 0.045) s(P 〈0.05).This result demonstrated good memories of the experimental mice.Therefore,noise of 80 decibels affects learning and temporary memory of mice,and long-term memory in mice can be well maintained by noise interference.
