乳酸菌和酵母菌发酵草坪草屑试验研究

Fermentation of Turf Cutting Litter with Lactobacillus and Yeast

摘要: 在草坪的日常养护管理中,修剪草屑常作为废物被抛弃,如果对其进行加工利用,既可提高经济效益又可保护生态环境。用乳酸菌和酵母菌对草坪草屑进行发酵试验,与对照组相比,粗蛋白质分别提高2.73%和3.69%,粗纤维降低3.79%和5.71%,粗脂肪提高3.23%和1.98%,均达到了显著(P〈0.05)或极显著水平(P〈0.01)。

Abstract: Turf cutting litter produced in daily maintenance management of lawn are often thrown away as trash.The processing and using of turf cutting litter can raise economic benefits and protect ecological environment.Lactobacillus and yeast were used to ferment turf cutting litter.Compared with control group,the fermentation with lactobacillus increased crude protein content by 2.73%,decreased crude fiber content by 3.79% and increased crude fat content by 3.23%;and the fermentation with yeast increased crude protein content by 3.69%,decreased crude fiber content by 5.71% and increased crude fat content by 1.98%.The differences were significant at the 0.01 or 0.05 level.
