辅酶Q10的制备及应用新进展

摘要: 辅酶Q10是一种广泛存在于生物体中的重要生理活性物质,具有提高人体免疫力、增强抗氧化能力、延缓衰老等功能。目前,生物合成法是工业生产制备辅酶Q10的主要方式和未来趋势,辅酶Q10的应用正从医药领域逐渐拓展到食品、保健品和化妆品等更宽广的领域。对辅酶Q10的制备方法及应用新进展进行了概述。

Abstract: Coenzyme Q10 is an important biologically active substance and widely present in organisms. It can enhance human immunity and antioxidant capacity and can also delay aging. At present, biosynthesis is a main preparation method and also future trend to produce coenzyme Q10 in industrial production. The eoenzyme Q10 has been applied in food, health products, cosmetics and other fields in addition to medicine field. The paper introduces progress in preparation and application of coenzyme Q10.
