孝感米酒对小鼠记忆力及抗氧化作用的影响

Effects of Xiaogan Rice Wine on Memory and Antioxidation Function of Mice

摘要: 研究孝感米酒对小鼠记忆力及抗氧化作用的影响。D-半乳糖造小鼠衰老模型,分别灌胃高、中、低浓度孝感米酒,30d后一次性被动回避反应试验检测各试验组小鼠行为学变化,并进行脑、血液、肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量检测。结果表明,各浓度组小鼠反应时间都明显减少(P〈0.01),其中,低浓度组小鼠学习成绩显著提高,潜伏期显著延长;脑、红细胞和肝脏SOD活性显著提高(P〈0.01),明显降低了脑、血清及肝脏MDA含量(P〈0.01)。

Abstract: The study was aimed to investigate effects of Xiaogan rice wine on memory and antioxidation function of mice.D-galactose-induced aging mice were lavaged Xiaogan rice wine at high,mediate and low concentration,respectively.After 30 d,one-trial passive avoidance response models were used to observe changes in mouse behavior,and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in brain,blood and liver were determined.The results showed that all mice had obviously shortened response time(P〈0.01).The academic record of mice lavaged low-concentration Xiaogan rice wine was increased obviously,and they had longer incubation period,significantly higher SOD activity in brain,red cells and liver(P〈0.01),and significantly lower MDA content in brain,serum and liver(P〈0.01).
