大棚环境下4种苜蓿根系性状比较

Comparison on Root Characters of Four Alfalfa Varieties in Greenhouse

摘要: 在大棚环境下对4种苜蓿根系性状进行了研究。结果表明,WL323主根最长,为48.46cm;苜蓿王主根直径、侧根数、根系生物量、根系体积等均显著高于其他3个供试品种。大棚环境下苜蓿根部各指标中,除主根长度以外,其余各指标(主根直径、最粗侧根长、最粗侧根直径、侧根数、根系植物量、根系体积)间均呈正相关,且达到显著或极显著水平。

Abstract: Root characters of four alfalfa varieties in greenhouse were compared. WL323 alfalfa had the longest main root (48.46 cm). American Alfalfa King had longer diameter of main root, more secondary roots as well as larger root biomass and root volume than other three varieties. Any two indexes of root (diameter of main root, length of the thickest secondary root, diameter of the thickest secondary root, number of secondary roots, root biomass and root volume) except length of main root were positively correlated (significantly or extremely significantly).
