摘要/Abstract

摘要： [目的]研究2种不同产地（新疆和山东）北寒水石对大鼠胃液分泌作用的影响。[方法]通过幽门结扎法建立大鼠胃液分泌增加模型，观察2种产地北寒水石对大鼠胃液分泌量、pH值、胃液酸度的影响。[结果]山东产地北寒水石组的胃液分泌量减少，pH值升高，胃液酸度下降。[结论]山东产地北寒水石对大鼠胃液分泌有更为明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim was to study the effect of Beihanshuishi from two different places on gastric juice secretion of rat. [Method] Gastric juice secretion increasing model of rat was established by pylorus ligature method, and effects of Beihanshuishi on the gastric secretion levels, pH value and gastric acidity of rat were observed. [Result] The treated rats showed a decrease of gastric secretion levels, an increase of pH value and a decrease of gastric acidity. [Conclusion] Beihanshuishi has an inhibitory effect on gastric juice secretion of rat.
