摘要: 主要对精油的来源、提取方法、生物学作用与机制,以及其对瘤胃微生物发酵的调控作一介绍。同时指出精油是一种天然无污染的绿色添加剂,对瘤胃微生物的发酵具有很好的调控作用。在未来的研究中有必要选择不同的精油研究其对瘤胃微生物发酵的调控作用及作用机理,以期为生产新型的饲料添加剂提供更多的理论依据。

Abstract: The origin,extraction methods, biological properties and mechanism of essential oil and its regulation on rumen microbial fermentation were introduced. It was pointed out that essential oil was a kind of natural and green additive and it had good regulatory effects on the fermentation of rumen microbe. It was essential that different kinds of essential oils should be used in future research to study its regulatory effects on rumen microbial fermentation and its mechanism, so as to provide theoretical basis for producing new types of feed additives.
