摘要: 牛奶中黄曲霉毒素(AFT)的污染问题备受人们的关注,它不仅会危害人们的身体健康,还会影响牛奶的品质,并造成严重的经济损失。对黄曲霉毒素的性质、特点和牛奶中黄曲霉毒素的来源进行了分析,并提出了控制牛奶中黄曲霉毒素污染的措施,以确保牛奶的质量安全。

Abstract: More attentions were paid to the contamination problem of aflatoxin in milk.It not only harms the body health of humans,but it also affects the milk quality,which caused the serious economic loss.The properties,characteristics of aflatoxin and the sources of aflatoxin in milk were analyzed.And some measures for controlling the pollution of aflatoxin in milk were proposed,so as to ensure the quality safety of milk.
