不同发芽率非洲狗尾草建植人工草地的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Constructing Artificial Grassland with Different Germination Rate of Setaria sphacelata

摘要: 对不同发芽率的非洲狗尾草按照一定播种量进行了试验研究,并设置发芽率1%、2%、5%、10%、15%5个处理,以观测种植第1年的出苗率、盖度、分蘖数、高度和干物质产量的变化规律。结果表明,非洲狗尾草不同发芽率处理间在种植早期时的差异较显著,随着非洲狗尾草植株的分蘖生长,处理间的差异越来越小,生长3~4个月后差异不显著。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted on Setaria sphacelata with different germination rate according to the seeding rate.Germination rate of 1%,2%,5%,10% and 15% were set up to observe the change laws of the seedling emergence rate,coverage,tiller number,height and dry matter yield of S.sphacelata in the first year.The results showed that S.sphacelata with different germination rate had significant difference in early planting stage.And the difference was less and less with the tiller growth of S.sphacelata and the difference was not significant after 3~4 months.
