摘要/Abstract

摘要： “一厂一品一案”检验检疫监管模式是国家质量监督检验检疫总局于2012年公布并要求在出口饲料行业中推行的一种监管模式。主要以广东省深圳市光明新区出口饲料行业为例，从生产企业、监管部门等方面进行对比分析，探讨该模式与传统监管模式的异同。通过分析得出，“一厂一品一案”检验检疫监管模式与传统模式相比，在监管科学性、有效性、针对性以及节省企业及监管部门的资源等方面具有明显优势。

Abstract: ‘A factory, a product, one case’ supervision mode is general administration of quality inspection announced in 2012, and is carried out in exports of feed industry. Based on the exports of feed industry of Shenzhen Guangming District, the difference between this mode and traditional mode was explored from the comparative analysis of factory and supervision department. By comparison, the ‘A factory, a product, one case’ supervision mode has significant advantages in aspects of scientific supervision, pertinence and effectiveness, save the corporate and regulatory resources, and so on.
