摘要: 通过介绍《畜产品加工》课程教学内容设计的全过程,重点对畜产品加工相关岗位典型工作任务和职业能力进行分析,围绕课程设计的理念和思路,紧密结合教学规律和学生的认知规律,对课程教学内容的设计进行了论述,旨在为探索中等职业学校《畜产品加工》课程教学内容改革提供参考。

Abstract: Through introducing the whole process of designing the teaching content of A nimal Products Processing, the related typical job tasks and professional ability of animal products processing were emphatically analyzed. Revolving around the concepts and ideas of the curriculum design, combined with the teaching law and cognitive law of students, the design of the teaching content of the curriculum was discussed, so as to provide references for exploring the teaching content reform of agricultural course Animal Products Processing in secondary vocational schools.
