Abstract: The reasons for fail artificial propagation of Carrulax conorus were analyzed：the food nutrition imbalance may be the primary problem to affect artificial propagation of C. conorus, and the change of living environment may be main reason for influencing artificial propagation of C. conorus under human feeding condition, such as light, temperature, humidity, the scope of activities, mating conditions. Based on the analysis of choosing and breeding of C. conorus, constructing the house and nest of C.conorus and food filling, it is concluded that the artificial propagation of C. conorus is feasible only if some conditions of artificial feeding were satisfied, such as qualified dear bird, suitable environment, appropriate nest and reasonable diet.
