2016年河南省奶牛场金黄色葡萄球菌的分离、鉴定及药物敏感性研究

Isolation,Identify and Antimicrobial Resistance of Staphylococcus aureus from Scaled Dairy Farms of Henan Province in 2016

摘要: 为了掌握河南省奶牛养殖场金黄色葡萄球菌耐药情况,从规模化奶牛场采集500批样品,采用BD Phoenix-(TM)100全自动微生物鉴定系统对分离的疑似金黄色葡萄球菌进行鉴定,并通过微量肉汤稀释法对分离菌株进行药物敏感性分析。结果显示,共分离、鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌26株,总体分离率为5.20%,分离菌株对青霉素和磺胺异噁唑耐药严重,耐药率分别为100%和69.23%,对克林霉素、替米考星、庆大霉素、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、氟苯尼考、泰妙菌素等抗菌药物较为敏感,提示河南省规模化奶牛养殖场金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素和磺胺异噁唑耐药形势严峻,建议在奶牛生产中谨慎使用这2种药物。

Abstract: In order to characterize the antimicrobial resistance of Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) from scaled dairy farms of Henan Province,a total of 500 raw milk samples were collected to isolate S. aureus. The isolates were identified by BD PhoenixTM100 compact automatic microbial analysis system. The antimicrobial su/sceptibility test was carried out by micro-broth dilution method. The results showed that 26 isolates were isolated and identified as S. aureus,indicating that the isolating rate was 5.20%.All of the isolates(100%) were resistant to penicillin and most of them(69.23%) were resistant to sulfisoxazole. The isolates showed higher susceptibility to clindamycin,tilmicosin,gentamicin,enrofloxacin,ofloxacin,florfenicol,and tiamulin. The results obtained in this study suggest that the resistance status of S. aureus isolates from scaled dairy farms of Henan Province to penicillin and sulfisoxazole is serious and these two drugs should be cautiously used in dairy production.
